Your domain is registered in your name, with you as the owner on record. Vanguard never holds it for you, so you can move the site to another developer or host whenever you like.

Why are the prices on the site?
So you can check a website fits your budget before getting in touch. The quote you receive depends on the work involved and nothing else.
Why is the Starter price so low?
A Starter site is a focused piece of work: up to five pages, a contact form and the technical groundwork. Keeping the scope tight keeps the cost down. If you need more pages, booking or payments, the Business package or a written quote covers it.
How does this compare with Wix or Squarespace?
Website builders charge a monthly subscription for as long as the site exists, with apps billed on top, and the site cannot move with you if you leave. A Starter site has no compulsory monthly fee and costs about the same as a few months on a mid-tier builder plan. If you would like to build something yourself this week, a builder is a sensible choice.
Do I have to pay it all at once?
No. Payment is split across the milestones in the proposal: a deposit to start, a payment at an agreed midpoint, and the balance on launch. It is all set out in writing before anything begins.
Do you work with businesses anywhere in the UK?
Yes, anywhere in the UK. Everything can be handled by email or phone, and the prices are the same wherever you are.
