Online Booking Systems — Bridgend, Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales

Stop Losing Bookings to Voicemail

Let customers book themselves in, day or night, without you answering the phone mid-appointment.

Most missed bookings are not lost to a competitor's better prices. They are lost because somebody rang while you had your hands full, did not leave a message, and booked with whoever answered next. An online booking system takes that call for you at eleven at night, on a Sunday, and while you are with a client.

We build booking into your own website rather than sending customers off to a third-party marketplace. That matters for two reasons: the booking is yours, not a lead rented from a platform that also advertises your competitors, and the customer stays on your site where your prices, your photos and your reviews are.

Where you already use Booksy, Square or a similar system and it works, we integrate rather than replace — your site becomes the front door and the existing system stays the diary. Where there is no system, or the one you have does not fit how you actually work, we build one that does.

What a Booking System Includes

The parts that stop double-bookings and no-shows.

  • Real availability from your own calendar, not a guess
  • Service and duration selection, so a cut and a colour book different slots
  • Staff or resource assignment, where more than one person takes bookings
  • Confirmation and reminder emails, which is what actually reduces no-shows
  • Deposits or full payment up front through Stripe, if you want them
  • Cancellation and rescheduling rules you set, enforced automatically
  • Booksy, Square, Google Calendar or Outlook integration where you already use one
  • Buffer times, opening hours and holiday blocks that respect how you work

Who Buys This

The businesses that get the most out of online booking.

Salons and Barbers

Hairdressers, barbers and beauty salons where a full diary is the whole business and every unanswered call is a lost slot.

Clinics and Practitioners

Physios, dentists, podiatrists, counsellors and therapists who need appointment types of different lengths and sensible cancellation rules.

Trades Doing Site Visits

Electricians, plumbers and surveyors booking quote visits, where travel time between jobs has to be built into the slot.

Classes and Group Sessions

Fitness instructors, tutors and workshop hosts selling places in a session rather than one-to-one appointments, with capacity limits and waiting lists.

What a Booking System Costs

A website with booking or payment integration starts at £1,250, and typically takes 2 to 3 weeks of build time. That covers a working booking flow wired into your calendar with confirmations and reminders. More complex setups — multiple staff, deposits, class capacity, syncing with an existing system — are quoted on top, in writing, before work starts.

Questions About Booking Systems

What salons and trades ask us before committing.

I already use Booksy. Do I have to move?

No. If Booksy works for you, keep it — we integrate with it so your website shows real availability and hands the booking over cleanly. Moving only makes sense if you are paying for something you have outgrown, or if the platform's own marketing is pushing your customers towards competitors.

Will it stop people booking when I'm closed or already busy?

Yes. Availability comes from your actual calendar, with your opening hours, buffer times, holidays and existing appointments all respected. Double-booking is prevented at the point of booking, not discovered afterwards.

Can I take a deposit to cut down no-shows?

Yes, through Stripe — either a fixed deposit or the full amount at the point of booking, and you choose which services require it. Combined with automatic reminder emails, that is the most effective no-show reduction available. Your cancellation and refund terms are yours to set; we implement them.

What happens if a customer wants to change or cancel?

They get a link in their confirmation email that lets them reschedule or cancel within the window you set — say, more than 24 hours ahead. Outside that window it tells them to contact you instead. That keeps the easy changes off your phone without letting somebody cancel a Saturday slot at nine on Saturday morning.

Do I need a whole new website to get booking?

Not necessarily. If your existing site is in reasonable shape and you own it, booking can often be added to it. If it is on a platform you cannot modify, or it is slow and hard to find in search, you will usually get more out of rebuilding — and the booking work is the same either way.
